      Reiki Level 1 teaches you how to Heal yourself, plants & pets. We are Self-Healing with the initial attunement to Reiki Healing Energy we can heal ourselves. Reiki not only heals the Physical, Mental, Emotional, Energetic & Spiritual levels of you but also enhances your own Self-Worth, Personal development, Self-esteem, & Self-confidence.

      Once certified to Reiki Level 1 you have the ability to heal yourself
      from all kinds of ailments, pain and discomfort, restoring balance,
      harmony and elevating your energy levels. Enjoy and Be surprised at the results of using Reiki on personal plants & pets in a Non-professional basis. (you cannot charge clients a fee until Reiki II Practitioner Level
      training has been completed)

      Reiki is ideal for any person who suffers from a long term illness or who may suffer from constant migraines, aches, pains, worry, anxiety, depression, food allergies or sleep deprivation. You can use this incredible Self-Healing Technique on yourself on a daily basis to relieve any pain, exhaustion and discomfort you may be experiencing from your illness or tiredness.

      • Meditation
      • The hand positions for self-treatment
      • Full body self-treatment.
      • Ethics, giving and receiving of Reiki
      • A follow-up meeting within three to six weeks, to regroup and go through any questions and answers, opportunity for the group to share their personal Reiki experiences.

    Reiki Level 2

    • ABOUT THE LEVEL 2

      Reiki Level 2 is a tool of Empowerment. Once initiated into the Second Degree Attunement your energy levels are elevated to Higher and Finer levels of Vibration. At least four times greater than First Degree Attunement. The First Degree focuses on raising the energy levels of your physical Body. The Second Degree Attunement works more directly on the Etheric Body, your Energetic Body and the stimulation and development of your Intuitive Centre. i.e THE FEELING CENTRE.

      Feeling is the Secret of Life.
      Reiki is a phenomenal tool of empowerment. It is by working through your intuitive centre, with the Pituitary Gland acting as a receiver and transmitter station, that you are connected more consciously with Your Higher-Self and the all great “Knowingness”. The Reiki KEYS help you Focus and Go Beyond boundaries and limitations where anything and everything is Possible.

      • Sharing exciting experiences since and Review of First Level Reiki
      • New in-dept learning of the Five Reiki Principals. Deeper layer of insight, knowledge and meaning to them all
      • Attunement and initiation to the Powerful Second Degree Level Reiki and its Sacred Symbols which greatly enhance your Energy levels. You will enjoy four - six times more Energy than Reiki Level 1
      • Teaching and practice of Reiki hand position for self-healing, chair treatment, and lying down while using the symbols
      • Each student will have the opportunity to practice both giving and receiving Reiki incorporating the use of the Symbols
      • Profound Sharing and feedback on things noticed, experienced and observed in all aspects of life since First Level Initiation and the experience of using Reiki on yourself and your plant 🪴
      • Introduction to Reiki Symbols and their incredible meanings
      • Learning the Reiki symbols and practice of them during treatment
      • Explanation and practice of distant Reiki Healing and distant treatments
      • Opportunity for students to share experience so far and ask any questions
      • Explanation of Attunement/initiation process
      • Room cleansing & blessing
      • Brief introduction to the Third Level of Reiki and suggested training and mentorship in between
